When you arrive we ask that you have your pet on their lead and collar or harness. If you arrive by car, we ask you wait in your vehicle before you are greeted by a member of our team. After checking feeding, medication, or play requirements, our team will spend time with your pet. Once you have departed, and they are settled, they will be introduced to their kennel.

Each pet will have an enrichment plan in place throughout their stay which will have been discussed and tailored to your dog before they arrive. We have toys, kongs and lick mats and welcome any other ways your pet likes to be entertained.

We ask that food is provided by you to ensure there are no dietry upsets during your pet’s stay. If you would like us to provide your dog’s food, please discuss this with us before your pets stay. This service can be provided at an additional cost. Please do not bring feeding or water bowls as they will be provided by us.

We’ll ask about your pup’s favorite ways to play and be loved. Every dog’s experience is personalised for maximum enjoyment and comfort. We offer a wide variety of activities and services to enhance your pet’s stay. We’ll keep your furry friend entertained and satisfied in their favorite ways. Our experience has taught us that the more interaction and activity pets receive, the healthier and the happier they will be here.

Our one-on-one session provides personal attention customised with the games and level of exercise that your dog enjoys most. From fetch to cuddles, our private play-time allows your pet to choose what they like to do best with their human friend.

We have a special care kennel for pets who need extra amenities and privacy for the most comfortable stay. We operate regular ‘wellness checks’ every day to ensure your pet is in great shape from drop-off to pick-up. Daily housekeeping and laundry keep your pet’s accommodation fresh & clean, just like a human hotel, and of course, pets will be escorted on regular outdoor toilet breaks multiple times each day.
