Prices

Boarding – A non-refundable deposit of 50% will be charged to secure your booking, with the balance payable prior to your pet’s stay.

Any cancellations within 24 hours of the booking will be required to pay the full balance of the booking

Day Care – Sessions are to be paid for in full at the time of booking

All payments can be made through Kennel Booker, our online platform (more details below), by bank transfer or with cash.

Helping Your Dog Feel at Home

If your dog hasn’t boarded with us before, we’ll ask you to book either a daycare session or an overnight stay ahead of your holiday booking. This helps us make sure your dog settles comfortably in our environment, gets to know the team, and has a positive experience before a longer stay. It’s an important step for their wellbeing and gives you peace of mind too!

Boarding

Drop off and pick up times:

Monday – Friday

8:30am – 10:00am & 3:00pm – 5.00pm

Saturday & Sunday*

9:00am – 12noon only

£25.50 – per dog per day
£12.50 – per additional dog sharing

*Late pick-up times by arrangement only (additional fee).

Additional services

Pamper them

Heat lamp – £8.30 per day
Our kennels are fully heated but if your pet feels the cold a little more than others a heat lamp can be provided.

Food £2.50 per dog per day.

Collection and drop off – prices charged per mile based on total miles travelled.

The booking process

We use an online platform called Kennel Booker. Kennel Booker runs in your browser so whether you are on your PC, Mac, Tablet or Smartphone you can easily manage your booking.

You can also access the system 24/7  to update your personal information, make booking requests & payments.

To book your pet’s stay you will need to register. Click on the link below or copy and paste it into your browser. The only thing you need to do is create a password to confirm you account.

Your enquiry will also give us an opportunity to arrange a visit prior to your pet’s stay, if required, and to have a chat about your pet’s requirements while they are staying with us.
