NTBK Treats

We are delighted to introduce our dog treat business and share our journey with you.

Our story began in 2021 with the opening of North Tyne Boarding Kennels in Northumberland, a facility that has since become a trusted holiday haven for many dogs.

Along the way, we have discovered the unique dietary needs of so many dogs - from stomach and skin sensitivities to allergies and intolerances to certain foods.

This inspired us to create a brand that could cater to those diverse requirements, ensuring every dog can enjoy healthy and delicious treats.

NTBK Natural Dog Treats – Returns & Refund Policy

At NTBK Natural Dog Treats, we take pride in providing high-quality, all-natural treats for your furry friends. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received, with no signs of use or tampering.

Due to the perishable nature of our treats, we do not accept returns on opened or partially consumed products.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at treats@northtynekennels.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll work quickly to send a replacement or offer a full refund.

How to Initiate a Return

Email treats@northtynekennels.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Wait for return authorization and instructions.

Ship the item back using a trackable method (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error).
